Some wheels arrive with layers of brake dust and road film that have never been properly cleaned. This heavy duty wheel cleaner is built for those situations, breaking down stubborn buildup on barrels, spokes and lug recesses so agitation and rinsing finally get the finish clean. It is a staple for detailers handling work trucks, neglected daily drivers and first-time customers.
- Work one wheel at a time and keep it wet so the cleaner never dries on the surface.
- Agitate barrels with a long wheel brush and faces with a softer brush to protect the finish.
- Check the wheel finish before use; bare, polished or damaged wheels call for a gentler product.
- Once the wheels are clean, apply a wheel sealant to make the next cleaning far easier.
