Cloth interiors trap dirt deep in their fibers, and a dedicated carpet and upholstery cleaner is the right tool to draw it back out. Spray it onto stains, agitate with a brush and blot or extract, and fabric seats and carpets start looking even and clean again.
- Vacuum thoroughly first so loose dirt does not turn to mud during cleaning
- Agitate with an upholstery brush or drill brush to lift soil from the base of the fibers
- Blot with a clean towel or use a wet extractor for heavily soiled areas
- Leave doors open or windows cracked so fabric dries completely
Follow with a fabric protector once dry if you want spills to bead up next time.
